Scope and authorised use

These terms describe Vectorfy Gmail Dot Bridge, operated by Vectorfy for explicitly authorised owner accounts. Use only accounts and connections you are authorised to control. Contact [email protected] about access or support.

What the bridge does

The bridge tracks Gmail metadata and provides mail-arrival hints and pending message identifiers. It does not send email or grant permission to act on email instructions. Reading messages or taking action through a separate Gmail or ChatGPT integration requires that integration’s own authorisation.

Notification limits

Notifications may be delayed, duplicated or missed. A callback receipt does not establish that a message has been read or processed. The bridge does not provide an instant-delivery or uninterrupted-availability guarantee; check Gmail directly when a message is time-sensitive.

Third-party connections and disconnection

Google, Cloudflare and OpenAI services support different parts of the integration and apply their own terms to their services. You can revoke Google access or unsubscribe from bridge events. Disconnection does not automatically erase previously stored data. The privacy policy describes current storage and retention behaviour.
